We are led by our president, Archana Mittal, and supported by a small team of regular volunteers across Delhi NCR and Lucknow. We have stayed deliberately small. There is no salaried staff, no rented office, no fundraising commission. The trust deed is short and the chain of decision is shorter.
The work concentrates on three populations — the elderly without family, children without resources, and inmates without bail. These are not exotic or fashionable causes. They are groups that everyone agrees are worth helping in the abstract, and that almost no one shows up for in person, week after week, for years.

Every programme on this site is run hands-on. We visit the same homes on the same dates. We pay the same partner organisations directly. We document each visit not for press purposes but so the next volunteer knows what was distributed last time.
If you would like to support a specific programme, mention it when you transfer; if not, we will allocate based on the most pressing need that month.
